1. Note that the inside of the sealed bearing should be kept in its original state and cannot be cleaned.

2. The mounting surface should be cleaned with clean gasoline, gasoline, xylene or xylene and other aqueous solutions, and wiped with a clean towel, and then coated with a thin layer of polishing oil.

3. When temporarily installing, open the bearing package, immerse it in the above gasoline and other liquids and rotate it briskly with the rhythm of the hand. Make sure to keep the frame, the rotating body and the sealing oil on the raceway surface are completely cleaned.

4. When cleaning a large number of bearings, first use hot engine oil at a temperature of 90-100°C to solidify the encapsulated oil. At the same time, use a seamless and difficult-to-drop tool to dig out all the old oil, then pour it for a few minutes, then use gasoline to clean the engine oil, and then clean it again with gasoline.
